SAPPHIRE HD 4670 GDDR4 Sapphire has re-released their popular 4670 card but this time they strayed from the reference card by ATI. A new cooler, GDDDR4 Memory and faster clock speeds help take this card to the next level, but is it really an improvement over the later card?
