AT&T To Launch Trade-in Program For Mobile Phones?

The rumor mills keep on turning as AT&T might be considering a Trade-In Program for mobile phones, paying anywhere from $50 - $200 bucks - at least that's what the word is on the information superhighway. Apparently you can't just trade-in any old phone, the phone must meet a set of guidelines;1) The phone may not be older than 2-years old - free of dents and dings as well as in working order.
