New Garage Elevator Takes You Directly Up To Your Apartment

So you live in Manhattan, New York and you know that finding a parking spot is always a problem - what is one to do? Park your car in your condo, what else? For a small $3.65 million you can have a "en suite Sky Garage" valued at $700,000 which is the now the world's most expensive garage.This is the first time in the US a garage elevator system has been approved for a residential building. Safety concerns have always causes issues and prevented projects like this from moving forward, but the developer of the 200 Eleventh Avenue, a new skyscraper overlooking the Hudson river, has been given the go to have 14 of the 16 apartments to have their own garage with an elevator taking the car up to them.
