Nikon D5000 DSLR HD Digital Camera Available Now

Nikon's D5000, it's latest DSLR camera, begins shipping today and can be purchased at Amazon.com with free shipping. The 12.3 megapixel Digital SLR camera features 720p HD video shooting, a 2.7-inch swiveling LCD, and comes with a 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens as a kit. The camera features 19 auto-exposure scene modes from Sunsets to Candlelight and from Beach/Snow to Silhouette. It has a continuous shooting mode as fast as 4 frames per second, ISO settings from 200 to 3200 and a built-in image sensor cleaning. You can slow the shutter down to 30 secs in steps of 1/3 for those lightning shots you've been wanting to capture or you can speed the shutter up to 1/4000 sec in steps of 1/3 to freeze the action during the football game.
