According to the Connecticut Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal, Craigslist has agreed to completed banish its "erotic services" advertising section on its web sites. The new plans to demolish this section of the site comes only weeks after South Carolina AG cracked down on Craigslist, giving them 10 days to remove such prostitution ads and illegal content.Under heavy pressure from attorney's and the general public, they Craigslist web site has given in. "These measures are a solid next step, not a complete solution," Blumenthal said. "We will be monitoring closely to make sure this measure is more than just a name change from 'erotic' to 'adult.'"
