Apple customers lined up in the rain at Apple's flagship New York Fifth Avenue store in NYC this morning hoping to get a new iPhone 3G S. While the line hasn't been long as the previous iPhone 3G launch, the lines are still very long with several hundreds of people. One of the reasons why the lines may not be long as before is because this isn't exactly a new product, it's an improvement to an existing product that everyone already has. Perhaps when the iPhone 4G comes out, we'll see the same long lines and days of camping infront of stores as we saw with the iPhone 3G.
