With stocks of graphics boards based around AMD`s Radeon HD 4770 SKU all but non-existent due to yield issues with TSMC`s 40 nanometre manufacturing process, some AIB partners have looked elsewhere for ways to fill this gap in the market. One such partner is Sapphire, who have recently introduced the Radeon HD 4730 in an attempt to offer a similar board and specification without cannibalising the Radeon HD 4770`s market once its production difficulties ease.
