Horrific Video Surfaces as Twisted Girl Throws Puppies in River

As if the recent video of the woman dumping a cat into a trashbin wasn't enough, another horrifying video has surfaced. The video in question is of a girl who appears to be in her teens throwing 6 puppies into a nearby river. The river shown in the video is allegedly called the Vrbas River. No other details have been discovered. This video is already being actively discussed in many online forums as well as the infamous 4Chan imageboard. It's fairly graphic (and utterly twisted), so only watch it if you're able to stomach repeated animal cruelty.
